San Diego

Jared and I were able to go to San Diego for a couple days in July for our good friends' wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony right on the beach. We were lucky enough to have our trip overlap a little bit with my aunt and uncle, who live in Virginia. We hung out in Old Town for a few hours before we started our long drive back home. We were also able to hang out with Jared's brother and his wife. We walked around the gaslamp district and had dinner.

The boys have always been into trains. They were thrilled when they found out that there were train tracks by Grandma Gnehm's house. We never did see the train come by, but we were able to take the boys to walk on the tracks. They didn't want the day to end!

24th of July Parade

My sister Heather, sister-in-law Carri, my mom, myself and all of our kids went to the North Logan 24th of July parade. So much candy was thrown. The boys got pretty daring at running out in the street to get candy.

some of their candy. They had such a great time running around playing with each other. They were so worn out by the end of the day.

Hangin' at Grandma Viehweg's House

We were able to go over to Grandma Viehweg's house a couple times and hang out with her. The kids love going over there and seeing all of the toys that she has. Grandma acquired a new set of wheels since the last time that we had seen her. The kids all got to try them out and Grandma gave Jayden a ride down to lunch. It was great being able to see her and visit with her for a little while. We love you Grandma.

My Birthday!

I was spoiled for my birthday. I got to go out to breakfast with my girlfriends, I had a massage, Jared took me out to dinner, and Chanci and the kids made me a cake. Wouldn't it be nice to be spoiled everyday?

Jacob was in his element at the Ogden Dinosaur Park. He loves dinosaurs. When we first got to the museum he kept running around from exhibit to exhibit wanting his picture taken with each one.

This is how many evening were spent. Everyone would bring their kids over after work and they would swim and run through the sprinklers.
