Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House

We went as a family to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House on Saturday, July 18th. It was a such a great experience to take the girls through the temple. It was great to have the girls ask questions and begin to understand a little more of what goes on in a temple. What a beautiful day it was. We are excited now for the new temples to open up in Arizona so that we can take the girls back.

First Day of School

School started August 11th. Jocelyn is now in the 3rd grade and Jessica is now in the 5th grade.

Swimming Adventures

We went swimming recently at Mike & LoraMay's house. When the night started the boys were a little timid. As the night progressed the boys (especially Jayden) became more and more daring in the water. Jayden enjoyed jumping into the water by himself without having any help. His facial expressions were priceless when his head would come out of the water (a mixture of trying to catch his breath and wanting to smile and laugh all the same time). It was fun to see them become more comfortable around the water, but at the same time, taking them to the pool is even going to be harder because they think that they are indestructible now.
